Just looked at the seller's page at https://typespec.co.uk/doves-type.
For ct, st, and such you want to enable dlig -- discretionary ligatures.
There is no stylistic set on that page that enables AE/ae/OE/oe
ligatures, so you will have to resort to the method Wolfgang outlined
for those.
