It looks like the FreeBSD binaries haven't been updated since May:

That means that for now, if you want to install ConTeXt, you'll have to
build it from source. You should just need to "cd" to the source
directory ("texmf-context/source/luametatex/"), run "build.sh", and then
copy "build/native/luametatex" to "texmf-amd64-freebsd/bin/".

I've deleted the FreeBSD LuaMetaTeX binaries from TeX Live, so hopefully
installing will fail with a clearer error message. Mojca/Hans: please
let me know if/when the FreeBSD builder is working again and I'll add it
back to TL.
