It compiles fine with LuaTeX and current latest (2026.01.08 23:30), but
it breaks with LMTX and current latest.
Error message starts with:
otf reader > fatal error in file 'Cantarell-VF.otf':
font-cff.lmt:1956: attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value (field '?')
It seems to break with any OTF (not TTF) variable font.
only cff2 .. probably an issue introced a few uploads ago
patch font-cff.lmt 2980:
