It is caused by rscale in Win64, both with LMTX and LuaTeX, but I
cannot reproduce in Linux64.
No problem for me on 64bit windows.
Could anyone confirm the issue? I really don’t know what I may be missing.
1. You don't mention what error you get.
2. You should check if the same happens when you use the typescripts.
\definetypeface [mainface] [rm] [serif] [termes] [default]
\definetypeface [mainface] [tt] [mono] [cursor] [default] [rscale=0.25]
