char-def.lua has indeed 'cyrillicyo' as the ConTeXt name, and "yo" is
also preferred in all the LaTeX encodings (T2* etc.). "io" seems to be
a confusion with the Unicode name ("CYRILLIC CAPITAL / SMALL LETTER IO").
