Thank you for all the replies. I open "Aquamacs emacs" from the terminal in which "source .luatex" was executed. Then it worked fine.
For other methods, I'll try later. By the way, is it normal to run "luatools --generate" and "luatools -- ini --verbose --compile ..." whenever I start computer? Or, I missed something in my setup.
