Hi Wolfgang,

thanks for the suggestion! I had, in fact, tried the export functions (docbook and xhtml), but both drop too much formating: all italics etc. are silently dropped, and dynamical references are replaced with their values. So unless I can manage to hack the export xslt files, this doesn't seem possible.
