One more problem:
\setuphead[section][textstyle=\ss\bfc] % combined with numbercommand=
\setuphead[subsection][style=\ss\bfb]
\starttext
\section{abcdef}
\subsection{abcdef}
\stoptext
Subsection gets typeset with \bfc while in mkii it uses \bfb.
hm, needs checking but i think that i changed the default chain a bit
... this is debatable
