How can I do the setups for the inner TABLE?
Example:

\setupTABLE[c][last][width=5cm]
\stopsetups
\startsetups inner-table
\setupTABLE[c][last][width=2cm]
\stopsetups

\bTABLE[setups=outer-table]
\bTR\bTD bla \eTD\bTD {
