Hi, I am also using Context on ubuntu - and it works fine here. There is one small change I like to do:
luatools --generate is creating ~/luatex-cache. As this cache is not hidden it appears on the desktop. Is it possible to change that directory into a hidden directory e.g. ~/.luatex-cache?
