Currently the files are what they are: mails. The format i let to you. Simply, make a decision and i will write it in that format. I was thinking about XML since we have the nice DocBook/XML module by Simon. So we can use DocBook/XML sniplets. All of them could then be merged to one big XML-file to generate a PDF print-version of the FAQ.
