I don't know. Nowerdays I add the mapfiles with updmap:
updmap --enable Map dolly.map

But this might require a rather new tetex system.


put these lines (actually you have to define rm, ss *and* tt!)  in
the .tex file after the line \usetypescriptfile[type-dolly].
