Thanks for your help, although I'm sorry to say it's still not working.
When I run texexec --pdf on your file, I'm getting the next error
messages, using your type-dolly.tex. On the other hand:
texnansi-uw-dolly.tex still turns out every nice letter of my Dolly
font.
