:= (which is actually ":" followed by "=" but, with the two files you sent us, it appears as ".=" on the typeset file)
\backslash (it produces "n" on the typeset file)
I woudn't say that this list is exhaustive...
However with the previous versions of the files "zeuler" everything seems to work fine.
I tried your files on the files "math-knuth.tex", "math-stein.tex", "math-show.tex" and "math-functions.tex" which I send you previously.
