Log Message:
A bunch of interconnected fixups and enhancements to info.html/textinfo.html
Notable:
1) Fixed Makefile.mingw to generate the version.c file correctly,
fixed zlib and libpng version numbers, fixed the major version number
for ntop.exe and the "OSname". Removed the rpm, deb, etc. generation
stuff, since it's not meaningful under MinGW.
2) Moved USE_ flags around for logic and added them plus some MAX_ values
to the reports.
3) Removed unused constants (MULTIPLY_FACTORY, ADDRESS_PURGE_TIMEOUT) and
cleaned up definition of NS_INT16SZ.
4) ifdef ed out the CGI code (if USE_CGI is #undef, the code won't be
even generated - warm fuzzy stuff for people paranoid about security).
