Change plugins/Makefile* to use $(CC) not cc
Thanks to Falk Hayn [[EMAIL PROTECTED]] for pointing out that some systems
have a minimal c compiler for the kernel named cc.
This hasn't been an issue, because while Solaris has cc, it's Sun's compiler
and on (most) Linux systems, cc is a link to gcc
