As promised, the endless list of version specific openssl tests has been
removed.
Test order as follow
Where the user tells us to check
we test the specific directory, then (if necessary)
.../lib and .../include, then (if necessary)
.../lib and .../include/openssl
OR:
standard installation in /usr/lib and /usr/include
Various semi-standard installations in /usr, /usr/local, with and without openssl
or ssl
Last: openssl development under the same root (i.e. in parallel with ntop and
gdchart)
