Minor tweaks:
Added Solaris specific test for /usr/local/tools/SunOS to MUSTHAVE macro
(i.e. pcap and gdbm).
Added automake 1.7 to the legal values in setup.sh
Also in setup.sh, handle system(s) where -n isn't a valid parameter
for echo (e.g. Solaris 2.6)
