Minor updates...
1. Added "return to plugins menu" item to each plugin
2. Resequenced a couple of lines in main.c to keep them alphabetical
3. Added initializations of a few items to initNtopGlobals()
4. Fixed a race condition in Last Seen plugin, which could cause it to seg fault
when turned off.
