Add - courtesy of Andreas Pfaller - utilities to process the assigment files
from the various registries to create the p2c.opt.table data file.
This commit - at the ntop directory level - adds the
$ make p2ctable
option to Makefile.am and Makefile.in
For more info, see the long log message attached to the utils/p2c script revision 1.1
For those who don't care / don't need the latest and greatest data all the time,
we will periodically update the file in the ntop distribution...
