Move the ld parameter flags, -bundle -flat_namespace -undefined suppress
into a constant, MAKE_SHARED_LIBRARY_PARM, which can be set - IF
NECESSARY - in the configureextra/xxxxx files.
This may or may not be necessary for OpenBSD, but it's cleaner anyway.
