In case you missed this buried in Julian's ntop-dev post, he is now reporting that ntop runs successfully (at least for a little while) under OpenBSD 3.4-stable.
Kudos! I spent more than a few hours on this myself under OpenBSD 3.2 and 3.3 (in the a.out days) and gave it up as impossible. I've provided Julian with some guidance on this for 3(?) months but he's done all the work. It's obvious that the move to elf in OpenBSD 3.4 merely removed ONE obstacle. I'm sure there will be a few more issues, but Julian's put a lot of sweat and effort into this and I wanted to sound the trumpet!!
