[Ntop-dev] [PATCH] RRDPlugin - Add domain RRDs option

Hi,

Now the domain stats reset issue is solved by Michal Meloun, this code
starts getting useful ;)

These 2 patches:
- adds an option "Domains" in the rrdPlugin setup which, if enabled,
collects the IP Summary->Domain data in RRDs;
- adds the actual code to dump the data to RRDs (in
$db-file-path/rrd/interfaces/$if/domains/$domain/*.rrd)
- adds a little icon that shows the RRDs in each "Statistics for hosts in
Domain %s" page
