There is only one server for ntop - ntop doesn't use SourceForge for our
cvs, it's hosted separately at cvs.ntop.org

When you set CVSROOT for our server and do the cvs login it should
automatically update .cvspass

This means you'll need to flop CVSROOT settings (or use the -d option)
depending upon which cvs you wish to access.
