Any chance of getting the attached patch included in 3.1? It's already
been sent to the patch address.
In Mozilla and Firefox, the tool-tip popup is done via title="" option,
not the alt="" option. The latter is supposed to be for text
applications.
The patch is not a complete fix, but it is significant start.
