Instructions? Fine. Binaries? Only if it doesn't hurt
the project. If people can get away with getting stuff
for free, they won't pay for it. I went through the
pains of getting ntop to compile on MinGW because I
didn't want to shell out the cash from my own pocket.
But I think that companies, on the other hand, should
contribute.

I don't think my changes will break .NET, because
they're mostly #if defined(WIN32) && defined(__GNUC__)
and those won't evaluate to true on .NET.
I asked you for instructions in our last email
conversation but you never replied. I'm more than
willing to contribute.
