I haven't tried this version (yet), but doesn't autogen.sh do the configure and 
make?  Double check the install instructions.  Also, capture the output from 
autogen.sh and see if there's anything interesting.  If you don't have all the 
right dev tools installed it doesn't like it very much.

I run autogen.sh
Then

After running ./configure I try 'make' and get

madness:~/ntop-4.0.1 # make
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
madness:~/ntop-4.0.1 #

Doesn't create a Makefile...


Am I doing something wrong?
