Please, find method getInterfaceTopFlows in file scripts/lua/modules/db_utils.lua and change the line
if(db_debug == true) then io.write(sql.."\n") end to if(1) then io.write(sql.."\n") end Then, look at ntopng console output, you'll see an SQL query. Put that query directly into MySQL and see if you can get any results. Also please send that query so we can see if it's ok.
