snprintf

Hello,
  I am trying to build ntop1.3.2 on an Alpha running Tru64.  I am getting an
unresolved for snprintf.  I have tried downloading an implementation of
snprintf from elsewhere, but I am still getting the unresolved.  Has anyone
come across (and hopefully solved!) this problem before?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
