Free tool? I dont know.  TO the best of my knowledge
you have a couple of options.  First you can try out
some of NTOP filter options to capture the specific
subnets you want to view (you might have to run
several instances of NTOP to seperate the subnet
stats.  Second, you can also use something like
tcpdump to filter the traffic capturing the specific
subnets you want to view stats on ... and then use
something like NTOP (the best) to view the data.  You
might have to think alittle to accomplish what you
need to do or let me know what tool you find that can
do this for you :)  Good luck.
