Hello, also I had the same problem and have resolved intallando before
rrdtool the following packages:
perl-Crypt-DES-2.03-1.dag.rh80.i386
perl-Digest-HMAC-1.01-8.noarch
perl-Digest-SHA1-2.01-6.i386
perl-Net-SNMP-4.0.3-1.dag.rh80.noarch

I indicated that I need perl(Net::SNMP) which I did downloaded the source
module - Net-SNMP-4.1.0 from the CPAN.org web-site and installed it before I
tried to install rrdtool.
