Right.

The man page on ntop.org is OLD. Ignore it.

The man page in the source you downloaded, along with the docs/FAQ file is
current. Believe it.

Subject: [Ntop] Question on exporting data to a DB

Hi there.
First off I dig NTOP and thank you for making it. Now the question.

So I grabbed the current release compiled it. It works great. I read
at www.ntop.org on the man page that is listed there that the option for
exporting to a SQL l db is -b. Yet when I look at my local man page it
says -b is for disabling decoders. I've found docs that say to use a
client for the type of DB your using and those clients are under the
database dir. How ever in my source it shows those clients under the
obsolete directory....I'm so confused can some one please point me to the
right place for information on this. Thank youfor any help.
