Thanks for the response. I guess I'll look at the RRD stuff closer. It's just that I had a sql db on the same host that ntop is running on and I thouhgt I'd look into it. Again Thank you.

There is no more direct sql-export, rrd is used instead. To get your data
to a (my)sql-db indeed, you can export net-flows, collect them with a
netflow-client and dump it to your db.
There is a perl-script, doing this, lying around somewhere.
