Newbie with nBox86, After I followed the instructions below:
and When I boot off the flash disk it says no OS
I must be missing a step and can't find the installation guide.
Any addition instructions other than just the following ?

nBox86 is distributed in binary format (disk image) for easy installation on a PC you already own.
Ingredients:
1. x86 PC with at least 128 MB of RAM and a Pentium or better processor.
2. nBox86 firmware image.
3. IDE Flash disk or 128 MB Compact Flash with Compact Flash IDE Adapter.
Installation (see the installation guide):
- Copy the nBox86 firmware image into a PC to which you have connected the flash disk where you want to install the firmware.
- Copy the firmware onto the flash (e.g. use dd).
- Move the flash disk onto the target PC.
