Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I'm sure a smart hacker could find all sorts of juicy bits of info from it. My Ntops sit behind a firewall and are inaccessible to the "world", but I still password protect them just in case I have an intruder or an evil employee. If nothing else it provides some insight into your network application logic by showing the relationships between machines.
