can anyone help me ?
When I try to start ntop on my mandrake linux 10.2 Limited
edition 2005 I got following error message. I tried to
change rights on the ntop files witout any change.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] hans]# /sbin/service ntop start
Starting ntop: Mon Sep 12 08:17:22 2005 Initializing gdbm
databases
Mon Sep 12 08:17:22 2005 **FATAL_ERROR** ....open of
/var/lib/ntop/prefsCache.db failed: Can't be writer
Mon Sep 12 08:17:22 2005 Possible solution: please use
'-P <directory>'
