Well, it means exactly what it says.  ntop can't write to that
file/directory.

It's typically either a permissions problem, or an non-existent directory.
One of the common causes is forgetting to tell ntop (via the -P parameter)
to use a non-default path.

When I try to start ntop on my mandrake linux 10.2 Limited edition 2005 I
got following error message. I tried to change rights on the ntop files
witout any change.
