I built 1.0.49 from source and it was able to generate a graph from the same rrd file, so that's 1.0.42 , 1.0.49 and 1.2.12 which have all worked. So the question now is: how is ntop using rrdtool to generate graphs, and what is different on Solaris? I shall try under Solaris x86 to see if there's a difference there.
