need the rrd patch if rrdtool and headers already installed, else it won't even
compile.
without rrdtool and patches, it seems to compile and run (crash) the
same.
I will put in a ports_pr when all
this is done.
even if all patches are not nessary
anymore.
ps, does similar thing in 4.11. didn't gdb it, time to go to
work.
