-M will diable interface merge. Each interface monitoring a different link (different SPAN / RSPAN session) will get you what you want.

Remember I'm most interested, at this point, in getting information on what IPs on the Internet are connecting to what IPs on our network. I don't know that NTop even has a page to show this.
