Hello Luca.

I took another machine and reinstall everything from scratch, I did not answer before because I wanted to make all checks before write you again.

Finally I figure out all the necessary details to install ntop with this last version.

In all this I found a difference.

Before I used to startup ntop in this way
/usr/local/bin/ntop -d -L -u ntop -P /usr/local/var/ntop --skip-version-check -a /var/log/ntop/access_log -w 0 -W 30000 -p /var/system_admin/ntop/ntop_protocols

but the version I downloaded from the cvs server complains about the parameter -W,
?Is there anyway to continue using ntop via https in this version?

executing
man ntop

I did not see any reference to https.

Where ntop is installed in my case the port 80 is desactivated at all.

Thanks in advance for any answer
Enediel
