I've compiled and ran ntop succesfully on RedHat 9, I can capture data on eth0,
no problem. My main interest is analyzing sFlow data, but I have been unable
to get the plugin to start. I have searched and taken a brief look at the
plugin source but I can't figure out why it won't start.

I get the following messages:

Tue 27 Mar 2007 08:49:50 AM PST SFLOW: no devices to initialize
Tue 27 Mar 2007 08:49:53 AM PST SFLOW: Terminating sFlow
Tue 27 Mar 2007 08:49:53 AM PST SFLOW: no devices to terminate ()
Tue 27 Mar 2007 08:49:53 AM PST SFLOW: Thanks for using ntop sFlow
Tue 27 Mar 2007 08:49:53 AM PST SFLOW: Done

When I click on "Yes" under "Active [click to toggle]" in the ntop web
interface. Which devices is the plugin trying to initialize? I can't
configure anything because the configuration will not come up unless the plugin
is running. I don't think this is the problem since from what I've read there
is not much to configure for this plugin.

Thanks,
Jorge d.
