I'd be very interested in finding that out. What is the work-around?

Any plans on fixing the netflow bug?

There are workarounds – to see the
data you’re looking for without the matrix, but they’re kludgy.
Too long to list now, but if you’re interested I’ll write up a
couple of the things I use instead.

Has anyone else had
similar problems? We would really like to get this working so we can see
how much traffic is being sent between hosts.

I have probs with mine too, but haven’t spent
much time on it as the matrix isn’t that big of deal to me. It might be
something with netflow as it seems to work fine using libpcap

I currently have a cisco router pushing netflow v9 to ntop, and are
getting some good statistics. The traffic going across the router is
currently in numerous subnets, and I would like to see the 'local traffic
matrix' and the network map for this traffic. However neither shows up (no
data yet), even when using the -m | --local-subnets switch and specifying the
subnets as local. To confirm that the ntop switch was working, I viewed
local->local traffic and made sure all of the subnets appeared there.

On ntop v3.2

Suggestions?
