Host Clusters defaults to a max of 16.  Not sure how hard it is to change this. 
 Maybe just a setting in globals-define.h?

If you're just worried about network info and not host info, check out the man 
page for the arg options.  There are one or two args that designed for ISP's 
and whomever that are only concerned with network level info - not host level.  
Requires much less processing power, memory, etc. (overhead) than the default 
"host aware" config.
