Hello,

I have installed Ntop on 2 boxes monitoring 2 different networks, on
fedora 10. I have installed if from the repository (ntop.i386
3.3.8-1.fc10). The first box i built about 3 months ago. I did not
notice until i built the new box for another network, that my first box
was not working correctly. Here is the issue:

When i am not using the -m option, all the data shows up in the web
gui.. I see all my hosts and the data patterns, but i don't get the
local to local, local to remote granularity, as everything looks remote.
As soon as i try to add my local networks with the -m option, all the
data that pertains to the local networks just does not show up at all.
However on the new box i built, that is exactly the same, and using the
same /etc/init.d/ntop, and /etc/ntop.conf file has no issues, the -m
works and all the boxes show up. The only difference between the 2 boxes
i see, is the new one has a slightly higher kernel.

I am hoping that someone has seen this general issue and can offer me
some pointers. I am new to ntop and stuck.

Thank's

Alan Perry
