You can try deleting the .db files, specifically the prefs.db or something like that.

I've finally got version 3.3.9 compiled and running on solaris 10 but the netflow plugin seems too be stuck in debug mode. I try to reconfigure it using the web interface and I get segfaults. After several attempts I've got it configured but although the web interface says debug is off it is sending loads of debug infotmation and eventually "falls over". Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
