I tried hooking up a Garmin 18 device over RS232. I am able to tip with 4800 baud and see NMEA sentences coming through. Though when I configure xntpd, I get the following error;
Aug 4 19:02:33 pony xntpd[1564]: [ID 266339 daemon.notice] using kernel phase-lock loop 0041, drift correction 0.00000 Aug 4 19:02:33 pony xntpd[1564]: [ID 678560 daemon.error] refclock_open: fd 5 TCIOFLUSH failed: Invalid argument Aug 4 19:02:33 pony xntpd[1564]: [ID 454976 daemon.error] configuration of 127.127.20.0 failed Aug 4 19:02:33 pony xntpd[1564]: [ID 266339 daemon.notice] using kernel phase-lock loop 0041, drift correction -19810.04298 What in the heck is TCIOFLUSH and why is it failing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. -Alex -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
