Dear Parents & Guardians, There are some graduating students who have not submitted the OUAC/OCAS Transmission Consent form with parent signature. If we do not have this form by Tuesday, October 11, then THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO APPLY TO UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE THIS YEAR.
We have posted the form on the ntci.on.ca website (click on "Departments" then "Guidance" and then "OUAC and OCAS Consent Form") in case your son/daughter misplaced the form they were given in home form a week ago. Thank you to all students who submitted consent forms; you will be able to apply to OCAS after October 31 and you will receive your OUAC PIN envelope in November.
