If you received a letter from Toronto Public Health regarding immunization, please ensure that you update your child's immunization records ASAP. The best way to do so is by phoning TPH at 416-392-1250. This will update your child's record immediately and is much faster than faxing. A TPH nurse will be at North Toronto on Wednesday, May 9 to review our students' immunization information. Any students who are still missing immunization information will be suspended as of May 10 (under suspension order of TPH) Please help us prevent this by following the steps above.
