Acknowledgements and Upcoming Events The North Toronto community wishes office administrator Josie Curcio well as she starts her retirement on November 1. Josie has been with the school for 33 years and she will be greatly missed. We look forward to welcoming Diane Henderson as our new office administrator who will start with us next week. Take Our Kids to Work Day Wednesday November 1 We encourage our Grade 9 students to join parents, guardians or family members at the workplace. Information and permission forms were distributed to students earlier in the month. If you have any questions about this opportunity, please contact vice-principal Jennifer Kurtz. Our Music department is heading to Geneva Park for their annual Music retreat on Wednesday November 1 - Friday November 3. Students will participate in team building activities and have the opportunity to extend their musical knowledge and repertoire. Thank you to all parents who came to our school council meeting on Wednesday evening. As well, thanks to our Assistant Curriculum Leader of Student Services, Michelle de Braux, for her presentation on the Pathway to Post-Secondary. Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday November 27 at 7:30 pm in room 215.
